Our care home client, who prides themselves on making a real difference to the lives of their residents is currently seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join their team.
The residential home is situated in Brooke, Norwich.
The Senior Care Assistant position is offering 36 hours per week, NIGHT shifts, at a pay rate up to £10.25 per hour (subject to experience)
The Senior Care Assistant position will include:
Ensure the delivery of quality of care by continually assessing the resident’s needs and wishes
Develop, review and update care plans to meet the residents changing physical, social and psychological needs
Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors and family, and other health care professionals
Promote high standards of care by ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and shifts run in a smooth and efficient manner
Participate in ongoing training
Good communication skills
Flexibility in work patterns
Ability to show leadership qualities
Evidence of experience within a similar role
Level 3 in Health and Social Care
